Tao “Richie” Lin is the Data Manager at the Data Collaborative for Justice. He is a primary member of the Technical Assistance team on the Data Integration project at the Mayor’s Office of Criminal Justice (MOCJ). Richie graduated from Texas A&M International University with an M.S. degree in Management Information Systems.
