Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings

The Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings (OATH) is New York City’s central independent administrative law court. OATH has provided the Misdemeanor Justice Project data to track trends in the issuance and disposition of civil summonses in New York City. Data provided by OATH will be used to evaluate the implementation and outcomes of the Criminal Justice Reform Act of 2016.
