David Harris

David Harris is the John E. Murray Faculty Scholar and Professor of Law teaches at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.  His research and scholarship centers on search and seizure practices, race and policing, police conduct and accountability, and police/community relations.  Professor Harris has worked on racial profiling issues for more than twenty years.
