Office of Court Administration

The Office of Court Administration (OCA) is the administrative branch of the New York State Unified Court System. The OCA has provided data enabling the Misdemeanor Justice Project to track trends in the issuance and disposition of summonses in New York City. Data provided by OCA has been used in two reports from Phase I of the Misdemeanor Justice Project: The Summons Report: Trends in the Issuance and Disposition of Summonses in New York City 2003-2013, and Tracking Enforcement Rates in New York City 2003-2014.
