Research Associate

Luke Scrivener is a Research Associate at the Data Collaborative for Justice. His research primarily uses statistical and geo-spatial methods to analyze administrative and Census data, focusing on the intersections of criminal justice, public health, and urban inequality. Previously, he held research positions at the Baltimore Health Department, Johns Hopkins 21st Century Cities Initiative, Wisconsin Center for Education Research, and the Institute for Food and Development Policy. He is currently a PhD candidate in sociology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and holds a B.A. in cultural anthropology and French from Dartmouth College.
