Maya Tellman

Maya Tellman is an assistant at the Data Collaborative for Justice. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional Studies from Cornell University. She completed a Fulbright Research Fellowship in Sao Paulo, Brazil in 2016, and has since worked in both research and advocacy roles relating to criminal justice reform in New York City. She currently also works as a Research Associate as part of a Participatory Action Research project examining implications of Raise the Age Legislation on juvenile justice in New York City at CUNY’s Graduate Center.
