Kristyn Jones

Kristyn Jones is a doctoral student in the Psychology and Law Program at John Jay College. She is broadly interested in policing and has primarily studied police body-worn cameras from a social-cognitive perspective. Her work has examined how people view and remember police footage differently depending on receiving contextual information and people’s prior interactions with police. Kristyn worked as a Policing Fellow at the Vera Institute of Justice during the 2018-2019 school year.
